Shipping & Returns

We send all our packages within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will receive a tracking number over email when your order is shipped.

Our goal is to make our customers happy! We will strive to do everything in our power to make things right if you have a problem with your order.

If any items in your order were damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Honey Crystallization

All raw honey will crystallize over time. You may continue to enjoy it as it granulates (some people even prefer partially crystallized honey, because it is more spreadable). If you wish to keep your honey in a liquid state, keep it in a warm room rather than a cool cupboard, and as soon as you begin to notice it crystallizing, warm your honey as follows (note that warming it before it fully crystallizes is much easier than doing so once it is solid).

To liquify crystallized honey, place your honey container in water that is no hotter than 110° F, continuing to add warm water as needed to keep the temperature steady until your honey is liquified. Stirring occasionally will speed this process. Do not refrigerate or microwave honey.

Honey returns

Because honey is a food product, it is not returnable.

If you are not happy with one of our honey products, or have concerns about the quality, please don't hesitate to contact us by email with your questions and we'll be happy to assist you in a timely manner.

If you feel there is a problem, we ask that you not dispose of your honey. We strive for the best quality, and so we'll need the product back in order to investigate. If we determine that there is a problem with the honey we sent you, we will refund your shipping costs as well as the cost of the product.

After contacting us, please mail your item using a trackable delivery service to: Dancing Bear Apiary, 103 N Main St, Waupaca WI 54981. Save your tracking number, in case there is a problem in transit.

Refunds if something goes wrong

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven't yet received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email.
